Our History

March 1994
Established a limited company: Information Technology Institute.
September 1994
Entered into a business alliance agreement with Gartner Group.
December 1997
Established ITR as an independent IT Research and Consulting Co. under the name of ITR Corporation.
December 1998
Entered into a business alliance agreement with META Group（〜2005）.
March 1999
Held the first User conference “ITR Exective Forum”.
May 2000
Launched and managed fully the production and marketing of IDG’s “CIO Magazine”(〜2013).
December 2000
Published First “JapanIT Budet and Spending Trends (Japanese Edition)”.（became annual service）
July 2005
Entered into a business alliance agreement with Forrester Research（〜2012）.
June 2007
Lunched market research business covering the Japanese domestic IT market. Published the “ITR Market View” series.
August 2008
Establishment the Membership voluntary organization “Information Tecnology Empowerment Group（ITEG）”.
January 2013
Entered into a business alliance agreement with Constellation Research (〜2014).

20th anniversary.

Satoshi Uchiyama has become the chairman and Motohiro Miura has become the representative director.
